New Positions:

Manager / Multi-Family Office –  A small, and very successful boutique multi-family firm in Boston, MA is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to head-up efforts for a priority client.  This person will oversee a team of accounting professionals that service this account, along with being the key interface to the family and their external eco-system of professional providers

This is a major leadership role that will have high visibility and significant interface with the executive management team and firm ownership.

Must have excellent managerial skills to oversee an accounting team as well as superior client facing skills to be the point person to the family client.  Outstanding opportunity with significant advancement potential.

Associate /AccountantOur client is actively seeking skilled Accounting Associates who are integral members of their client service teams and are responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operations for a portfolio of assigned clients. Associates work closely with the other members of the firm to ensure accurate client-specific accounting and financial administration. In addition to reviewing and processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, making journal entries, and working with budgets, Associates also prepare financial statements (including cash flow reports) and get involved with forecasting, financial statement analysis, tax coordination, and estate administration.  Responsibilities include: Manage the full cycle of books and records for assigned clients, including accounting for and reporting on small businesses, planes, boats, investments, real estate, and other assets.  Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor reports, identify issues and work with team members for resolution.  BS/Accounting; 2 + yrs. experience with G/L and GAAP; hands-on skills in QuickBooks; Excel and the ability to interface with all levels and outside professionals.

Legal Counsel / Contract Counsel – (In House – Multiple Openings)  Exciting new positions for transactional lawyers looking to further their careers in busy corporations …this is a great time to get on-board if you have significant experience in Contracts, OEM agreements, distribution/licensing agreements and general transactional and corporate/secretarial matters.  Must have significant experience in a broad array of general corporate law matters and contracts negotiations; and advanced counseling skills to work with internal clients; 5+ years experience ; JD with distinction; outstanding communication skills; integrity and competence. 

Financial Services Positions: 

Compliance Analyst(s) Multiple opportunities – Equities/Fixed Income/Marketing/ etc. – Our client(s), leading Registered Investment Advisor(s),  seek  Compliance Analyst(s) to join their legal/compliance/operational group.  These are top-flight firms with stellar performance and rigorous standards.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs. experience and broad knowledge of ’40 Act/SEC Filings/Compliance/Operations and ability to review and prepare various legal documents/agreements necessary with client related support.  Must have prior experience and a background in compliance or as a paralegal; Equities/Fixed Income/pre-post trading/Advertising and Marketing and automated systems experience such as Sentinel or CRD.  Top credentials; the ability to hit the ground running and the desire to have an impact and client facing role will be necessary.  Excellent quality of life; superb Compensation and Benefits; and office culture(s).
